The Nova Scotia Before and After Program (NSBAP) is available to
families of children ages 4 to 12, who are enrolled in Pre-primary or
the public education system.
This fee-based program is delivered by approved childcare, municipal
recreation or recognized non-profit recreation providers at the school,
so children and students have a seamless day.
The program promotes health, well-being and a physically active
lifestyle by focusing on physical literacy, movement and outdoor play.
At Maple Ridge Elementary, the NSBAP program is provided for after school 2:00 pm to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays.
